By accessing or using StrataHawk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
Access to the Platform is by invitation only. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared. Access may be revoked at any time by an administrator without prior notice.
StrataHawk — its software, screens, workflows, data models, prompts, documents, designs and the ideas behind how it works — belongs to StrataHawk and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Platform gives you the right to use it for your organization’s land and title work, and nothing more.
By accessing or using the Platform you agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else to:
These promises apply while you use the Platform and for two years after your access ends. They don’t stop you using general skills and knowledge of the land and title business that you had anyway or that are publicly available. If you believe a feature exists elsewhere, that doesn’t make copying it from StrataHawk allowed.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything; they don’t give you any rights in what we build.
Breaking this section is a material breach: we may end your access immediately, and because money alone may not repair the harm, we may ask a court to stop the use as well as to award damages.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended business purposes. You must not:
All data, projects, and information accessible through the Platform are confidential. You agree not to disclose any Platform content to unauthorized parties inside or outside your organization.
The Platform stores your display name, email address, and activity data necessary to operate the service. This data is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law. Data is stored securely using industry-standard practices.
When you sign in we record the time, the rough region your browser reports (its time zone, not your address — we don’t store or look up your IP address for this), your account and your organization, and which screens you open while you’re signed in. We use it only to see whether the platform is being used and when, so we can run it well. Your organization doesn’t see it about you. We keep it for 13 months and then keep only totals.
Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. If you say OK to analytics, we also count visits, the pages read and where visitors arrive from, on our own server — no third party receives it, and we record a region, never an address. You can change your choice any time from the Cookies button at the foot of every page.
Your access may be suspended or terminated for any violation of these terms, or at the sole discretion of the platform administrator. Upon termination, your access to all data will be revoked.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. StrataHawk, LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrataHawk, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
